Preston Manor Artists Open House 2008
Brighton Fringe Festival weekends
3-4, 10-11, 17-18, and 24-25 May

Building on a successful debut in 2007 as an Open House with the Fiveways group of artists, Preston Manor shows high quality contemporary craft again this year.

The artists featured in this historic house setting are Penny Green and Helen Beard (ceramics), Nick Barberton (wood), Lindsey Mann and Chris Hawkins (jewellery), Kim Thittichai and Sarah Bidwell (textiles), Hannah Chater (metal) and Angela McKay (2007 Preston Manor Artist in Residence).

During the Festival weekends, featured artists will be available to meet visitors and talk about their work. All work is for sale.

Preston Manor is open throughout May. On Festival weekends, Open House visitors enjoy a special reduced admission rate of £2.25, children (under 16 years) free.

Exhibiting artists will be at Preston Manor to chat to visitors about their work on the following dates

Nick Barberton - Sunday 25 May 2-5pm

Helen Beard - Saturday 10 May 10am-5pm

Sarah Bidwell - Sunday 18 May 2-5pm

Hannah Chater - Saturday 10 May 10am-5pm

Penny Green - Sunday 4 May 2-5pm

Chris Hawkins - Saturday 3 May 10am-5pm and Sunday 4 May 2-5pm

Lindsey Mann - Saturday 3 May 10am-5pm and Sunday 4 May 2-5pm
